One of my favourite parts of my job is bringing my “What would you tell your ex?” installation around Toronto and seeing what happens. People are always intrigued; they stop to read the anonymous Post-it notes and often leave one of their own.

What makes the whole thing even more special is hearing people start conversations about heartbreak with whoever they came with; conversations I can almost guarantee they wouldn’t have had if they hadn’t come across the installation.

I love that I get to create a space where people can feel a little less alone and be reminded that it’s cool to be vulnerable.

Alongside the installation, I also sell my book “Letters to Your Ex”, which I released in 2024.
